The Banner Student Information System is a database of student records and information maintained by Loyalist College. Your role at Loyalist will determine the privileges and data to which you will have access. You can access your class list(s) and class schedule(s) as a full or part-time faculty.
Contact the Loyalist College Service Desk through Top Desk if you require technical support with Banner. There is a Top Desk app in your MyLoyalist, MyApps page on the bottom row.
Banner can be accessed from home or school from the myLoyalist portal. myLoyalist is located via a quick link on the main Loyalist College website or by Googling myloyalist.com.
1. Sign in to myLoyalist using your Loyalist login credentials.
2. Select the Banner icon (NOT Banner 9), which is in the top left of the myApps dashboard.
3. Sign in to Banner with your Banner ID (employee #) and password (DOB). Contact your Associate Dean or Academic Office Coordinator if you have not received your banner ID. Important: Pop-up blockers may not allow Banner to open, click always allow in your web browser. If you are unable to access Banner due to technical errors, email servicedesk@loyalistcollege.com.
4. Select the faculty option.
1. Select Summary Class List.
2. Select the appropriate Academic Term/Year, then click submit.
3. Select the course you wish to access to view class list, then click submit.
1. Select Week at a Glance
2. Enter the course start (MM/DD/YR), then click submit.
